What it is

Spline is a visual 3D design tool that exports scenes you can embed with a React component or a script tag, no Three.js knowledge required. It's how a lot of the floating 3D objects on startup landing pages get made. Free tier with paid plans.

The most beginner-friendly route to 3D. Watch the file size, and don't let the scene be the only thing on the page that has a point of view.
